About Jamie Oneill

Jamie has extensive knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship, having created and maintained a number of small businesses including ecommerce, retail sale, small scale manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and professional services. In addition, she has worked with a variety of different mediums to create handmade products through small scale manufacturing processes, resulting in practical skills and experience in the safe work procedures and operation for use of a variety of commercial and industrial machines. She has built upon her foundation of self directed study and self employment opportunities with more formal education in business administration, education, and psychology, as well as cultivating volunteer and work experience in more formal organizational structures, including non-profit administration, community engagement, training development and facilitation, and project management, as well as board governance. In all aspects, Jamie believes in a "People First" approach to business, which focuses on: 1 - Incorporating Macro Marketing and Sustainable Enterprise practices and UX Design principals to ensure a customer-centric business approach, 2 - Supporting personal and professional development and equitable opportunities through commitment to Community Economic Development, and 3 - Cultivating meaningful and positive organizational culture by incorporating principals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all business practices
