As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union (CCFCU), I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting throughout the recruitment process. I have a strong background in customer service and banking, having worked as a Customer Service Manager, Personal Banker and as a Bank Teller at Oxford Bank. I have gained valuable experience in customer service, specifically in the financial institution industry where I demonstrated my communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management at Baker College, where I am learning the best practices of human resources, labor relations, and organizational behavior. I am proficient in iCIMS, and ADP recruitment software that helps me streamline and optimize the recruitment process. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent based on the needs of the organization. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of CCFCU by aligning its recruitment strategy with its vision, mission, and values.
