My experience working through the pandemic has taught me to lead with empathy and to adapt. As a recent graduate from the University of California, Riverside, with a degree in creative writing, I strive to leverage my innovative mindset in a more technical environment. As a past writer for the university paper, The Highlander, I am comfortable with deadlines and embrace constructive criticism. I am very lucky to be surrounded by a team of powerful women leaders, and I am looking for more tech-savvy women to connect with and learn from. These might seem like oil and water to some, but to me, they are both gateways for exploration!
