Full time: Executive Leadership Recruiter with The Leaders Lab (formerly Summit Careers). In this role I work directly with high-level leadership candidates to transition them into careers better suited for their compensation expectations and skill level. When I am not working I am enjoying time with my family. My husband and I have two kids and two dogs. We live just outside Washington DC area and take full advantage of being close to the Nation’s capital. I enjoy working out, cycling and being outdoors. I am passionate about a healthy work/life balance and it is my mission to help others find that balance as well.
