My most notable projects include: Product Owner at Honoris United Universities: Leading the strategic direction and development of digital products within the Admissions phase, I focus on enhancing the student journey by creating comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and ensuring user-centric design and development. My work involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships and leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve our digital products, maintaining our position at the forefront of educational technology innovation. Marking.ai: Spearheading an AI-driven platform that revolutionizes the way assessments are conducted and feedback is provided, enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike. Marking.ai leverages advanced AI technology to deliver accurate, efficient, and insightful assessment solutions. Product Development and Management at Valenture Institute: As both a Product Manager and Senior Learning Designer, I was instrumental in the development and launch of the UCT Online High School. I coordinated a team of 60 learning designers to develop turnkey content for over learners, while also overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to market launch. My efforts transformed physical limitations into digital opportunities, positively impacting the education landscape in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. Founder of Clockwork: At I developed an employment technology platform that equips unemployed work seekers with the skills, information, and network to increase their employability. Clockwork provides a holistic recruitment and training solution, yielding Tax, ESD, and SED benefits for clients, all aimed at addressing unemployment comprehensively.
