About Jamie Rosa

I have been working as a Registered Polysomnologist for 18 years and in the field of Sleep Medicine for 20 years. My experience is extensive and covers diagnostic testing within the sleep lab for pediatric and adult patients, treatment for multiple types of sleep disorders, sleep lab management, durable medical equipment sales and patient set ups, sales and marketing, payroll and operations and budget planning and analysis.In my current role, my region has been within the top producing region within our service line every quarter for the previous 2 years. I continue to motivate my staff towards success through efficiency and steady growth. I am a member of the Partners in Caring Committee. Partners in Caring (PIC) is a system-wide process responsible for helping shape and embed the Memorial Hermann culture at both the System and local level. PIC is composed of over 525 empowered employees from roles across the entire organization including front-line staff, clinical staff, leaders, support services and administration. We believe creating a culture of excellence for our employees ultimately enhances the quality of experiences for the patients and families that entrust us with their health and well-beingI just graduated from my first Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann Mentoring Circle VII in January of 2023. As a mentee of this highly coveted cohort, I was taught ways to be a better leader through communication skills, body language, conflict remediation, boosting my resilience, and radiating confidence.
