With a rich background in healthcare administration, nursing, and a focus on patient-centered care, I bring extensive experience and a proven track record of success to my role as an Administrative Program Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. In my current position, I specialize in managing a high volume of patient referrals, take lead on many quality improvement projects, and provide leadership and support to our team of caregivers. As a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, I prioritize seamless communication and collaboration to propel the Institute's initiatives forward. In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I am fully dedicated to facilitating seamless onboarding processes and providing continuous training for a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including residents, fellows, physicians, and nursing staff. By offering comprehensive training programs, I aim to foster a culture of excellence and continual growth within our healthcare team. My passion for advocacy is evident in my involvement in successful fundraising campaigns and the co-founding of the Ohio Obesity Society, where I work to address healthcare challenges at both local and statewide levels. As a speaker and presenter, I draw upon my personal journey of weight loss and my professional experience in obesity medicine and bariatric surgery to empower individuals and encourage informed decision-making regarding their health.
