About Jamie Scheer

Jamie Scheer MSPT, NTP: I am a native Missourian, wife and mother of 4 children. I received my undergradute degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO with a BS in Biology/Psychology in 1998. I then went on to get my gradute degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in My physical therapy experience over the past 15 years has been in long-term care, outpatient, and more recently home health care. I have always enjoyed helping people through physical therapy. My passion for whole food nutrition was formed after the birth of my 4th child. I knew something had to change in order for me to have the energy and vitality I needed to raise my children. I was constantly fatigued and too frequently sick in order to be the mother I wanted to be to them. Through whole food nutrition my family has been cured of and seen symptom reduction in a host of conditions including: chronic sinus infections, recurrent strep throat, recurrent ear infections, undiagnosed and vague stomach pain, kidney stones, gout and more. After seeing the huge impact that changing our diet had on my family, I knew I needed to learn more. I found the Nutritional Therapy Practicioner program through the Nutritional Therapy Association and have never looked back!
