About Jamie Schofield

Starting from sixth form; I attended Wakefield College, I studied the subjects of Business, Economics and History, attaining an A, C and C respectively. This ultimately led me to studying Business Studies at York St.John’s University. After attaining a 2:1 in my first academic year, I decided to switch my course from Business Studies to Sport Business Management and University from York St.John’s to Sheffield Hallam. What gave me motivation to switch my academic path, was after I enjoyed the module “The Contemporary Sports Industry” whilst at York St.John’s. As of today, am currently a student attending Sheffield Hallam University, studying Sport Business Management, currently I am in my second academic year. I am currently unemployed, however, I am hoping to attain a placement opportunity for the British Heart Foundation in March of the year 2021. I am currently learning a second language I’m order to broaden my skillset, the language in question being Norwegian. Having completed my education at Sheffield Hallam University, I obtained a BSc First Class Honours degree with distinction in Sport Business Management in 2022.
