My goal in life is to strive for happiness and bring happiness to others. I am analytical yet creative and am a keen observer of human nature. I seek to find a connection, big or small, with everyone I meet. This enables me to build professional and personal relationships with others established on trustworthy rapport. Through my experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual and mental disabilities I have strengthened my listening skills, creative problem solving skills and above all my goal to help others lead a more happy, fulfilling life. Professionally, I am highly organized and have exceptional time management skills. I am a self-starter and can work without direct supervision or with a team. I have extensive writing experience and can produce accurate and professional reports in a timely manner. I also have extensive experience collaborating and communicating with families, businesses and other professionals. Through the nature of the human services field, I have become very flexible and adapt to changes quickly. I am a fast learner and take on new projects readily.
