Background

About Jamie Smeins

Twenty-five years of professional experience has taught me that while industries change, the pillars of success do not: deep product knowledge, unwavering client trust, and operational efficiency. With a career defined by 5-year tenures in hospitality management, advertising sales, healthcare technology, and personal banking, I bring a multidimensional approach to business growth.I have sat on both sides of the table, as a Hotel GM making procurement decisions and in Business Development selling the solutions. This allows me to anticipate client needs, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and implement technology that actually works for the people using it. I thrive in both in-person a d remote environments where autonomy, clear communication, and long-term results are the priority. Collaboration and teamwork builds success and I believe as a leader you should lead by example.
