About Jamie Tuggle

From launching a small business in college anchored in amplifying hometown stories to teaching high school students how to articulate and share stories of their own during my years as an English teacher, storytelling has always been a passion of mine. As Communications Coordinator at Carrollton City Schools, I now champion the stories within our district and community. As a product of the CCS system, I am committed to upholding the “Gold Standard” legacy of the Trojan Nation, where “tradition never graduates.” In my role, I educate others on the importance of empowering the next generation to help them grow and flourish. My heart for education is evident through my two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia, Master's of Education from the University of West Georgia, and Specialist in Education from Augusta University. Recently, I was selected to serve on the University of Georgia Young Alumni Leadership Council, which is a true honor to give back to a place that helped me grow into the person I am today (go dawgs!). I enjoy supporting and guiding others through challenging seasons and celebrating their accomplishments, whether through mentoring new teachers or volunteering as a leader in a local young adult ministry. Known for my fierce loyalty and enthusiasm for checklists, I am committed to getting any task done with precision and care. From cheering on the home team to organizing a marketing campaign, bringing people together for a common cause is a passion of mine — I look forward to staying connected with you in this space!
