About Jamie Weir

The level of professionalism in my profile photo is inversely proportional to the level of satisfaction at my current job. I took Multimedia Design at Durham College, and graduated top of my program in 2010. Upon graduating, I worked on a contract basis for the college as a Multimedia Specialist. Few media jobs tend to call upon so many different aspects in one position (design, code, video, audio, animation, print work), and I welcomed the variety. I now work for TELUS Digital, currently helping coordinate and build the infrastructure for telus.com properties. I try to fill my spare time with Photography. Specialties: Graphic design, photo editing, content modelling, process logic, problem solving (That seems like a weird thing to write but after a long enough time at this I've realized it isn't a universal skill, and I seem to do it really well), translating/communicating (tech to non-tech. English request into pseudocode logic), video editing, effects and compositing.
