With over 11 years of experience in supply chain and contract management, I am a seasoned professional who delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am currently a supply chain analyst seconded to TC Energy, where I establish and nurture business relationships with vendors, service providers, and inter-pipeline counterparts to expand business growth. I also direct the planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting of supply management activities, and support project team members. As a certified scrum master and a project management professional, I have a unique combination of skills and credentials that enable me to leverage agile and scrum methodologies to facilitate collaboration, streamline strategic operations, and coordinate with associates. I am proficient in using tools such as Miro Collaboration Platform, Confluence, and XP JIRA to conduct scrum ceremonies, manage project backlogs, and monitor progress. I have a proven track record of leading efforts to identify and resolve complex problems, achieve project deadlines, deliver project updates, and manage budgets. I am passionate about giving back to the community and co-founded Salma Consult, a social enterprise that provides support to governments and NGOs in healthcare and education in under-developed countries.
