I help organisations and teams achieve their business and professional goals through optimisation of their human resources potentials, specifically, in SOFT-SKILLS development-Teambuilding -Strategic Planning & Execution -Leadership & Management Training -Culture Alignment -Employee Engagement -Customer Service -Talent Development Since 2001, I am blessed with the opportunity to serve +40 organizations nationwide, ranging from local corporates, multinationals, GLCs & government bodies. As a former Physicist who discovered passion in people development later in life (yes, Physics deals with matter, not people), I’d say my satisfaction comes from seeing the impact (goals achieved) as a result of people’s behavioural change through our intervention programs. In the last few years, I also had the opportunity to expand my passion in people development by working with local Universities to prepare its graduating students for employment. After many years of dreaming about it, I finally managed to write and publish my own book titled, “MENJADI CALON TERPILIH DALAM TEMUDUGA” (Becoming The Chosen Candidate In An Interview), specifically meant to help our local graduates (90% of unemployed graduates are Bumiputras) ace their job interviews. The book is now sold online & in some popular bookstores like MPH, Borders, Popular and the likes. Quite recently, my team have also been involved in doing BUSINESS COACHING for SMEs. What started out as an act of helping to turn-around an ailing business of a friend, soon turned into a full-blown business coaching practice. When I am not at work or busy keeping up with the latest trend in people development, I enjoy good comedies, interesting conversations and experiencing new culture (translation: food!)
