My career trajectory, spanning roles from high school English teacher to central office coach and currently serving as Vice President of School Services, reflects a deep commitment to advancing educational excellence and equity. In my current capacity, I lead efforts to develop, implement, and sustain educational programs that are both rigorous and responsive to the diverse needs of students. My work is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of public policy, which informs my approach to creating and refining systems that support high academic standards, effective educator professional coaching services, technical assistance, and impactful professional development. My experience extends to the national level, where I manage complex contract deliverables, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment of outcomes with organizational missions and visions.
