About Jamison Levy

I am a Paralegal at the Levy Law and Mediation Firm P.C. and have worked there since I was in Middle School. I draft and prepare legal documents, motions, pleadings, affirmations, and affidavits. I eFile documents at NYSCEF. I am frequently a witness for estate planning documents. I am responsible for organizing and filing documents in their corresponding files. I manage and update client information in their contact management software called Clio. On occasion, I perform legal research FastCase on the NYSBA website. I am adept at Microsoft Office and Google Suite. I was partially responsible for the design and content for the website and brochure and am responsible for both. At times, I visit clients for information and documentation when they are unable to mail or travel to the office. On occasion I have visited various County Clerk offices to file and pay for documents for the Firm. During covid I was second chair during a three day guardianship proceeding via Microsoft Teams. I have also Externed for Mediator Michele Kern-Rappy at the New York Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Part. I am an Honors English Major at the University of Michigan, and I intend to continue on to law school after I graduate.
