Being part of a global Collaboration/Groupware team we try our best to get all employees connected. In this role I assist many internal customers to find solutions for their integration with all kind of 3rd party applications. The main platform that we are using is Office 365 with all his glory and try to maximize the usage out of it. On this moment we are deploying MS-Teams Calling Capabilities globally. Working also on Mergers an acquisitions to have a smooth infrastructure transition. Major projects: 2022 - Global deployment Teams Calling 2021 - Deploying Direct routing in US and EMEA 2020 - Created a process to migrate Skype for Business users to MS-Teams with Self help interface 2019 - Implementation of E194 dialing in EMEA Cisco Cluster 2018 - Deploying SIP trunking globally 2017 - introducing SIP trunking in favor of traditional PSTN calling 2016 - Created a backend processes to successful rollout and migrate home drive data to OneDrive 2015 - Created a backend processes to successful migrating mailboxes to cloud 2014 - migrated 4700 phones from cuci 7.1.5 to cuci 10.5 2014 - Create a project plan to migrate Mailboxes and related Public folders; Shared mailboxes and Resource Accounts. 2013 - transition the bes 5 users to a new challenging BES 10 infrastructure. 2012 - defined and excecuted a plan to deploy lync telephony on IPT supported sites by creating the needed connections and dialplans. 2011 - helping on a big aquisition to migrate the mailboxes on our systems. 2010 - Succesfully planned and executed a Datacenter migration/consolidation. creating powershell scripts to automate admin tasks and websites to serve the users Specialties: Ms Exchange 2007/ exchange 2013 / lync telephony.
