As a Process Expert in the P2P Center of Excellence at Salling Group, I serve as the Coupa System Administrator, ensuring smooth operations, functionality, and optimization of digital procurement processes. My core responsibilities include: • Building and providing technical support for tenders and auctions via Coupa Sourcing Optimization and Strategic Sourcing • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues within Coupa Core • Identifying process improvement opportunities • Coordinating and overseeing P2P system workflows • Implementing system updates and configuration changes • Training end users and supporting onboarding activities • Reporting and data extraction to support decision-making • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and internal clients across countries I collaborate closely with sourcing teams, IT specialists, and master data teams to ensure seamless integration between Coupa and SAP, supporting automation and process alignment. Previous Experience: I have over 2.5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry, where I worked with both individual and business clients. Before that, I gained professional experience in English-speaking environments in both Poland and the United States, in industries outside finance. Personal interests: Outside of work, I’m passionate about basketball and golf. I’m also a certified Golf Instructor Assistant, pursuing my passion by sharing knowledge and inspiring new players.
