About Jan Barek

As a director of travel agency I combine my love of travel, management and sales skills. I am also interested in projects which look at the economic and environmental impacts of tourism. I have started in 2009 as a Travel Agency Representative and later on established my own travel agency Party Kybl. We offer ultimate group travel experience for young people, incredible staff, professional service and all things friendship. I have learned how to plan, organize, direct and control all the operations in travel agency. I also co-ordinate and direct the activities of staff, overseeing not only the day-to-day tasks, but the hiring, training and evaluating of staff members as well. In the meantime I research new products and destinations, often by traveling to them and experiencing firsthand the services available. liaising with travel partners to manage bookings and schedules using sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential customers setting up targets in accordance to seasons and trends suggest ideas and solutions to improve revenue and profit researching new products competent IT skills video editing & graphics skills + An awareness of the main travel trends and knowledge of popular and upcoming destinations.
