About Jan Berger

My educational background is the Business Management Program at IHM Business School and Academy. I graduated 1993 and have been working most levels of Business Management, Marketing and Sales in Sweden, Europe, Russia and the US. I'm an Entrepreneur with analytical skills and great sense of understanding situations and needs- I seek and retain what’s profitable to meet my set mission and goal. My natural way of working with development is to continuously initiate and run relevant processes, to analyze and evaluate their results and progress. My philosophy is to keep it relevant and easy to understand in regards of the company mission. By understanding the process, its structure and result I’m always in power to adjust and improve. The privilege to have been working in several areas of business and industries with most varied conditions has kept me confident, strong and fearless. My many years of experience and broad repertoire has kept me a skilled leader with impeccable people and staffing skills. Working with and developing my co-workers, staff and customers to great teams are most rewarding. Together we create and develop best practice and a living LEAN based on our policies, values and goals.
