I search for a job in oncology research covering methods of molecular biology or biochemistry, where I could implement my experience and expertise the best. I prefer to work in multinational healthcare company that in focused on development advancing cancer therapies on primary research and / or clinical trials levels. It has always been my personal interest to be one-step closer to the real solution enhancing the life of the patients so that I could apply previous skills that I gained during Master and Doctoral research on development of anticancer drugs, investigating the molecular mechanism of their specific action and examination cancer cells background at molecular level together with practice background in GMP controlled environment from current job. Currently, since 04/2018, I work as Cytometrist Specialist in Quality control and Process Development department at SCTBio a.s.(formerly Sotio a.s.) company. The position covers development and improvement of procedures according to GMP practice and Advisory Committee’s and contractor’s demands, provide expertise and support as flow-cytometry expert to the team during design, setup and optimalization of GMP-compliant manufacturing process and strategy for immunology hematopoietic products cytometry characterization as well as help with data analysis and dealing with non standard results or instrument performance malfunctions. My additional role is to provide communication in between internal teams and external contractors and vendors, maintain the routine operation of the cytometry laboratory (both, hands-on and theoretical) ensure correctness of other methods via auditory, that all expects advanced medical writing skills. As cytometrist I must act responsibly and hardworking, to solve the tasks independently although I prefer to be a part (or lead) of positively thinking team. I always like to find creative and sophisticated solutions. Previously, October 2012 to April 2018, I was part of Laboratory of molecular therapy at Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, at position of Bachelor, Master and PhD. student under supervision of Prof. Jiří Neužil, where I boosted my education and abilities especially in fluorescent (confocal) microscopy, flow cytometry and cellular and mitochondrial respirometry and a broad field of methods of molecular biology and biochemistry (e.g, cell culture, gene manipulation, immunohistochemistry and fluorescence methods). I finished my studies at Molecular biology, genetics and virology at Charles University in Prague by achieving PhD. and RNDR. titles.
