I am thrilled to announce that I have joined the Aleph Institute as their Chief Operations Officer (COO). Aleph is a non-profit organization that provides support services to those in the U.S. prison system and members of the military located in the United States and those deployed abroad, as well as their deserving families. Aleph helps individuals of all backgrounds and faiths, and every person is treated equally. We do not accept compensation or donations for any of our services. This phenomenal, far-reaching, organization offers critical financial, emotional, and social services to individuals and families coping with the wide-ranging impact of a loved one’s incarceration or supports those families or military personnel in need. Aleph is dedicated to providing education and programs to people who are incarcerated, and protects their constitutional rights and safety while behind bars. The organization is committed to criminal justice reform and reducing recidivism through preventive education and faith-based rehabilitation programs, reentry assistance, and alternative sentencing support. I am a hands-on leader and problem-solver, I systematize and improve operations. Whether re-purposing infrastructure, maximizing technology, or re-engineering business functions, I welcome challenges as a way to drive operations. As Aleph’s COO, my primary goal is to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and foster strategic collaboration across Aleph’s departments to empower the teams to achieve even greater outcomes and drive our mission forward. It's an honor to join such an exceptional group of colleagues who are dedicated to uplifting and transforming thousands of lives to ensure that no one is ever alone or forgotten.
