I am the founder of GA.ME Europe, s.r.o. which is engaged in the use of board games in business processes, training, coaching and personal growth. While playing the game, my clients experience the rare state of the present moment and learn in the form of an experience, thanks to which they immediately improve and new knowledge and skills are well anchored and remembered. If you asked me what kind of games I feel the best about running games, I would tell you of course at all. And I would tell the truth. Nevertheless, I would add that my domain is communication simulator for traders, in which I use many years of experience from the management of sales departments, the B2B business itself and the principles of conscious communication. You probably have a good idea that I train various forms of communication during these games and at the same time I mentor sales processes. And I am delighted to see how the sales team is connected. Other games are controlled brainstormings to enter new projects on the market and strategic goals. Thanks to expert leading, amazing results can be achieved in a relatively short time. These discussions are very creative. I personally have experience in managing various projects, which I can use here. I also facilitate board games for personal development and linking personal goals with company goals and anti-stress games. I have seen many times how spectacular this unique form of coaching is. For all board games, which are in the menu of GA.ME Europe s.r.o, I attended training directly with their authors. I obtained certification not only for leading individual games, but also for training new facilitators. We have prepared theoretical training for each game. Since I have been organizing teambuildings in the form of RPG games since 2003 (which I also organized for clients abroad), do not expect from me any running with an office chair, but a sophisticated game with a story and characters, always tailored to a specific company and its needs.
