I love learning and in the changing landscape of the work environment throughout the years, I have maintained an effective and positive approach to navigating new realities in management and administration. One of my greatest joys is managing diverse work and projects that run deep and wide; whether it's administering best HR practices and policies, incorporating and improving facility and IT safety and security, developing client/vendor relationships, I find value in contributing where I am needed, and by bringing my best self to each endeavor. When I am leading by bringing my best self, then I can help my teams to do the same. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
