Here at UNITY Consulting & Innovation AG, I am responsible for the development of the area Data, Analytics & AI. Our team focus on the meaningful use of data to derive and realize potential with the goal of making better informed decisions, optimizing and automating business processes, developing smarter products & services or even establishing completely new and innovative business models. In this context, we ensure that an overarching (data) strategy is in place, providing a clear vision underlined with strategic goals to derive necessary action fields. On this basis, we develop the necessary architectures & infrastructures from tomorrow including the enterprise architecture, the data architecture, the existing systems & platforms and their interoperability. With this foundation, we make use of proven methodologies like Business Intelligence, Data Mining, Process Mining, Generative AI and everything in between. We ensure the right use of unstructured and structured data in the long run, support clients in the ideation, validation & prioritization of uses cases with the following implementation. In the implementation, we make sure that the MVP is fully integrated, scalable and standardized. To make the right use of data successfully in the long run, we also provide assistance with governance, the operating model, the required roles, rights, responsibilities & competencies.
