I am a senior management professional known leading and managing diverse teams. I'm a company director, have governance experience and an extensive background in the media and communications. I have worked on some of New Zealand's best known brands and have spent the last ten years working in leadership roles in the not for profit sector. I am passionate about developing and leading communication solutions that deliver. I’m highly motivated, think beyond the current situation to wider aspects of the business/organisation, whilst inspiring and motivating others to achieve that vision. I work strategically to achieve goals with demonstrable strengths in strategic planning development, negotiation skills and relationship building. I am passionate and specialise in communication solutions that deliver to both internal and external stakeholders. I have experience in media relations management, branding, campaign development/execution, web and social. I have strong skills in sponsorship acquisition, negotiation and developing solutions that enhance shared business objectives from end to end leading to awareness, growth and success. I have had extensive charity management and governance experience, developing and building charitable trusts. I specialise in branding, fundraising, events, social media, digital marketing and e-commerce. I am a champion for strategic planning and delivering to overall objectives. I have solid customer service and sales ethics along with competent financial skills including budget management, risk and market analysis.
