I am a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who loves to work with people. I believe that providing exceptional service to my clients and customers and being able to articulate their needs clearly and succinctly, makes my service offering authentic, personal and memorable. As a Business Consultant, I have provided both Business Analysis and Project Management services through all phases of the systems development life-cycle, using waterfall and iterative/agile development approaches. I have experience in a variety of industries, business sectors and working environments, ranging from manufacturing and retail companies, to public sector and financial service providers. My skillset and depth of experience enables me to be comfortable working with all levels of technical and business stakeholders. The more recent introduction of Personality Science into Requirements Gathering and Management enables me to use higher levels of EQ in performing BA and PM roles; helping to produce a higher quality result in a shorter time. When team members are also coached in these techniques, there is a noticeable increase in team EQ, rapport and communications which bring new levels of trust and confidence and ultimately better quality solution design, delivery and implementation. I have a great track record for 'picking up’ new concepts, getting up to speed and providing value as I learn and for evaluating and validating requirements and design specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions deliver the expected scope and meet or exceed customer expectations.
