About Jan Cook

While notably an academic author of social, medical, and educational issues that impact U. S. Military veterans, my career in the field of higher education is as an enrollment specialist, providing essential outreach in the community to enlist, engage and retain students. After running the (Veterans') Project NAGA at Bucks County Community College for 2 1/2 years, I turned to more personal work; self-published The Black Arm of Coral ©2020 (available on Amazon.com.) Working from home during the Great Sequestration provided golden opportunity to write the screenplay and sequel to my book. Once back on campus I created and ran a popular Academic-themed Bake-Off contest, October 2022. I am searching for my next big writing project and it will not be long before it materializes.
