As a deputy candidate civil-law notary, I focus on corporate law and family law, managing various types of cases. I'm involved with several corporate restructurings, among which incorporations of new legal entities, share transfers, legal mergers, etc. With many family companies amongst our clients, family law always has my interest. Remains special to assist clients with their last will, prenuptial and gifts deeds. Furthermore, we advise on estate settlements. The interface of family law and corporate law has my special interest. I represent mostly high net worth individuals and both large and mid-large companies.
