I am a Chief Engineer and key member of the onboard crew, overseeing the entire engineering department on the vessel and are fully responsible for the maintenance and operation of all engineering equipment onboard the vessel. My function requires a wide variety of skills and qualifications. It goes from making maintenance schedules and repair modules up to troubleshooting and finding sometimes unorthodox solutions.
