The core of my mission is to enhance operational efficiency and ensure parts availability for customers, aligning with our company's commitment to excellence. My role allows me to bring diverse perspectives to the table, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Over the years, I have been hands-on to solve problems and make sustainable improvements with the support of IT. The challenges I took on board triggered my passion for Agile methodologies and the scrum framework.
