About Jan Dub

The Modern Trade division at tesa serves the DIY and Food segments. I am responsible for the markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary. As a Marketing Manager for Modern Trade, I provide full service and support to both our customers and our sales team. I support my colleagues by delivering all necessary POS materials—from initial planning to in-store placement—along with localization of product and PR texts, marketing support, shelf layout planning, and more. I also oversee the preparation and execution of campaigns. Product development is a key part of my role as well—I actively contribute to several teams focused on analyzing and shaping our product portfolio. What does my role involve?* Contributing to the creation and implementation of international marketing strategies * Planning and strategizing for the DIY and Food segments * Close collaboration with the Modern Trade sales department across all areas * Market analysis and monitoring of competitive trends and activities * Responsibility for planning and managing the marketing budget * Localizing product information for a wide range of uses across all countries under my scope * Active member of several product expert teams * Active member of the pricing strategy team for the EEU region How and with whom do I work?* I work daily in an international corporate environment, localizing global projects while also addressing specific needs of local customers.* I collaborate with online and advertising agencies, publishing houses, print and DTP studios.
