jandworkin.com Over the last 30 years, my work as a coach, trainer, team-builder, program designer, therapist and conflict–worker has been based on the cultivation of awareness. This includes awareness of self and others, the natural and human-made worlds, and the visible and unseen dimensions. I am inspired by the radical idea that within any problem or disturbance - whether an intractable conflict, a failed endeavor, or an unexpected illness - there is immense potential for innovation, growth, and learning. My coaching and therapy practices are designed to accelerate your awareness process, leading to growth and observable change. Whether you are an individual, a couple, an executive, a team or a creative partnership, I help you to know yourself better, communicate clearly, relate authentically and act effectively. You learn methods for navigating conflict that result in stronger more creative relationships, work partnerships and teams. I enjoy being out on the edge where true change happens. I seek this for myself and encourage you to stretch beyond the margins of your mindsets and comfort zones. I help you become more inclusive of what you devalue and discard within yourself, in others and in the social world. My style is direct. I’m authentic, transparent and challenging.
