About Jan Eberhardt
In July 1995 I started working for Pano Cap. A that time we just moved from Germany to Montreal, Quebec. Initially I was coached by Max Roehl for two years in Sales, and I covered Quebec and Eastern USA. In July 1998 we moved to Kitchener, Ontario and I took over as the President in from Uwe Sendel. I retired on August 18, 2023. My son Lukas took over my position as the President in 2024. I am sure, he will get the same support for the years to come from our employees, customers and suppliers. Over the years Pano Cap always adapted to the changes in the marketplace and I am sure, we will in the future, as we did in the past. I will maintain ownership in the company and be still active as the Chairman of the Board.
