As founder and lead of GLS/NXT, I scaled a pioneering unit within a global corporation, assembling a high-performing team of 40+ talents. Responsible for an 8-digit revenue stream and the digital experience of millions of customers, my teams delivered innovation at high quality and scale. Highlights include launching four cross-functional teams and products, introducing new revenue streams, and internationalizing operations. Previously, at Porsche Digital's Forward31, I led the inception and growth of startups, specializing in digital platform models.
