About Jan Gientka

I approach my workplace as well as my fellow employees with loyalty and responsibility, being convinced that reliability, teamwork, and goal-orientation among co-workers are the key factors to success. The variety of my experience, education, and interests make me able to successfully engage and lead even the most diversified and complete projects, aiming to meet the expectations bestowed upon me. I am ready to create an impact both substantively and creatively, caring about a proper team spirit and communication, efficiently managing time and resources, never turning down even the most complex projects. I always finish what I have started, operating both as a team member or its leader. Aside from progressing within my main field of operations I willingly extend my experience in project management, team management, data analysis, and content development. In private life, I remain involved in volunteer activities for many years now, believing deeply that what mainly makes a person is what she or he can do or sacrifice for others selflessly. My activity in this field I conduct by helping senior veterans and homeless animals as well as by widening my competencies as a Civilian Rescue Responder. Among my passions, the special place is taken by mountaineering and climbing, where I find inspiration and training of overcoming my weaknesses, operating effectively outside of my comfort zone, aiming for goals, and never giving up, regardless of how hard a situation might be. I remain eager to take on challenges, ready to bring a strong and passionate mindset into the organization.
