I look back on almost 30 years of professional experience in the service sector; mainly in the hotel and cinema industry. During this time, I could develop a sought-after expertise in the restructuring of processes, business models, corporate divisions and entire companies with a focus on a sustainable increase of margins. As an experienced strategist, I keep an overview in complex situations and impress with a highly creative allocation of internal and external resources. With a view to the most important production factor of a service provider, the people, I am also eager to cultivate a distinct strength in the development of employees. A strong moral compass, a cool Nordic clarity and an open-hearted sense of humor characterise my leadership style. I prefer a team spirit-based partnership within my teams, without ever questioning my claim to be a role model or leader. Nature, classical music, haute cuisine, as well as art and history are my private passions.
