About Jan Hlavacek

One of the things that stands out is that I was able to help thousands of people use Microsoft Office in a way that really influenced their careers. I developed a “small” CRM system and further down the line led a successful SAP CRM reporting team. Both of these CRM projects were done in a state enterprise. I also launched many new products and services. At Eltodo, ELKOEP and CD - Telematika I was able to leave my mark with the Smart city projects. Later I successfully managed sales and marketing departments. In all honesty though, I am most proud of my family. I am a professional with 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, project management, IT and lecturing. I gained experience in small private companies, large multinational corporations and also state enterprises. In my professional and also personal life I strive to operate as a project manager. It means to gather as much information as possible and clearly define a feasible tasks, terms and measurable results. I like to analyse problems, identify key issues and clarify things to prevent misinterpretations. When I discover a new path I truly come into my own. I thrive operating within a team environment and relish taking projects that require an individual touch. Over the years I have gained leadership experience, both linear and across organizations (in projects). A rewarding job for me is a position that allows me to broaden my horizons and ensures the clients well-being.
