Dr.(iur.) Rechtsanwalt (attorney-at-law) Dipl. Wirt. Ing. f. Seeverkehr (industrial engineer - maritime) I am the managing partner in ANON BLUE GROUO (ANCON BLUE LAW, ANCON BLUE Tax & Trust and ANCON BLUE Consultancy) in Hamburg and hold degrees in law and industrial engineering. My doctoral thesis in law dealt with ship mortgages and mortgage interest insurance. The diploma thesis in industrial engineering had as its subject letters of credit and bills of lading. Apart from being a German qualified lawyer practicing in Germany, I am also entitled to practice as a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales. I am also a member of the tax advisors bar. I am practicing as lawyer mainly in the field of maritime transactions which includes corporate, finance, Investment, restructuring, trusts, sanctions and shipping transactions. As partner in a tax advisory firm I am mainly practicing in the field of trust and escrow matters. I am acting for banks, shipping and energy companies, investment and trust companies and insurance companies. I am ranked and recommended in The Legal 500, in "shipping" as well as "banking".
