Over three years'experience in a light rail operations environment. Including- certified operation of Trams in revenue ( Alstom and CAF vehicles)- testing and commissioning of new trams and infrastructure for the City South Eastern Light Rail project and Currently- Incident response and Incident management. This current role demands all types of work in emergency and other degraded scenarios, including collisions and major vehicle infrastructure failures. I am involved in the management of Accident scenes as a first responder within high volume traffic environments and also in dedicated rail corridors. Once on site I am the primary point of contact as Light Rail Commander and sme for the trams, the liaison between Transdev Operations Control Centre and external parties such as emergency services and the Transport Management Centre.
