I am a specialist in the analysis, design, and development of enterprise information systems, with over 12 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout my career, I have delivered complex IT solutions primarily for Transmission System Operators (TSOs), focusing on pan-European balancing markets such as TERRE, MARI, and PICASSO. In addition to my domain expertise, I bring strong leadership and coordination skills. I regularly lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between internal delivery units, customer stakeholders, and external suppliers. I have coordinated multinational delivery teams with members from countries including Ukraine, the Netherlands, France, and Canada. I’ve been responsible for full-cycle delivery and stakeholder management within one of three core teams contributing to a business unit generating over CZK 150 million (approx. €6 million) in annual revenue. I have managed teams of up to 15 professionals, covering roles such as analysts, developers, testers, and solution architects. I’ve held direct line responsibility for up to five key team members and have led broader teams through matrix coordination, ensuring alignment and delivery across all workstreams. My responsibilities also include mentoring junior colleagues, supporting team development, onboarding new members, and participating in recruitment. Beyond project delivery, I’m actively involved in product development. I work on delivering and customizing software products for clients, contribute to internal product roadmaps, and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future functional updates. I’ve also co-developed selected in-house products, balancing technical robustness with business value. I have participated in presales activities and the preparation of business proposals across diverse regions — including Scandinavia, Mexico, Africa (Benin, Ghana), Saudi Arabia, and Canada — helping to design solutions tailored to different regulatory and market environments. I combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, making me a valuable contributor in areas such as product ownership, leadership, and complex IT-business transformations.
