She trained and also helped businesses with various startup needs. JDL was a Nationwide Recruiting experience for many disciplines; engineers, executives, accounting, finance, human resources, distribution positions, and office personnel for large, nationwide companies; manufacturing, banking, construction, food, aerospace, oil & gas and more. One of her favorite task involved working with employers showing them how to reward employees - bringing about loyalty, increased productivity, and reduced health care cost, with travel incentives. Jan has grown teams, coached individuals to success, helped individuals set up businesses and worked with them closely to help them reach their goals.
