Foreign experience: France, Singapore, Turkey, Georgia, India Key qualification: 18years of experience with construction projects, starting from construction site activities and finishing with management positions. 10years I worked in Soletanche-Bachy (later Soletanche-Freyssinet) which is one of the worldwide leaders in special foundation works and part of Vinci Group. I worked in subsidiary in Czech Republic, but with frequent contact with French technical department and occasional visits of foreign construction site (mainly in France and Great Britain). 3years I was employed in Zakladani staveb a.s- the biggest special foundation contractor in Central Europe with many important infrastructure and residential projects. 5years I worked in Energo-Pro (producer of electricity from hydro power plants) which is company founded in Czech Republic but with majority of activity abroad. The main business can be found in Bulgaria, Turkey and Georgia. I was permanently based in Ankara office for 3years. Technically my particular specialization consists of general construction (buildings, roads), dam construction and wide range of deep foundation techniques – diaphragm walls, jet grouting, traditional grouting, drilling of all kinds (incl. several hundred meters deep boreholes), ground anchors etc… I have experience in site organisation, grouting mixtures design, supporting slurries design. Partly I was involved also in design of special foundation works so I’m able to check designer’s approach and calculation. From the organisational point of view for last 10years I was mainly managing construction teams (as operational manager, division director or construction director). Within this period for 4years I was leading construction subsidiary consisted of 60employees, incl. budget preparation, financing strategy, HR issues, marketing (tendering, offers preparation). For next 3years I managed team of 50operators and several site managers and constructed projects of different special foundation technologies (incl. variety of „office agenda“ as preparation of payroll, production reports, subcontractors‘ and suppliers' contracts etc). And last 5years I have been working as responsible person for all construction activities within international hydropower producing company.
