About Jan MacKay

Much of my career has been devoted to regulatory compliance, in both public and commercial security as well as within the financial industry. For more than twenty-five years I have relied upon my tenacity and meticulous attention to detail to drive process improvement, reduce redundancies and waste, mine best practices and ultimately mitigate errors and the costly consequences of those errors. Give me the big picture and then allow me to analyze each pixel - this is the strength I bring to the table. Time and again my efforts have resulted in error rates of less than one percent, preventing costly mistakes and preserving a best-in-market reputation. When presented with those one-shot golden opportunities to engage new verticals, my ability to proof processes, presentation language and knowledge of contractual requirements have proven invaluable. A Lean Six Sigma alum, my skill set, experience and drive all combine to ensure greater bottom line results.
