I’m a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment throughout all areas of an organization. I have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. I pay attention to details, am self-motivated, and customer service driven. I know how to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. When it comes to leading teams, I like to support and enable teams to be most effective by cross-collaboration, strong communication, and process visibility. I believe teams should be customer focused and data driven to deliver business value. I like to remove obstacles and provide a clear vision for the team. I've completed a post graduate management program, through the ANLA for Business Operations and have earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently I'm pursuing my certifications in Organizational Transformation: Foundation, Implementation, and Orchestration.
