I am an experienced and ambitious Sales Professional; Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Diabetes is my passion both professionally and personally. In my current role, I am calling on endocrinologist, and high decile PCP's promoting Cycloset for type 2 diabetes. In my first two months with Salix, I have achieved 116% to goal. I also have spent > 12 years working in the industry as a CDCES clinical educator and sales professional. I successfully exceeded the required goals. One of my achievements included: I inherited my territory with a base of 73% in injectable volume, the lowest on my team, and one of the lowest in the nation. By end of the year, I grew my market share to 102%- a 29% increase, and accomplished at a max of 15% growth. I also led the team in working with ACO/Health System groups to improve their population health outcomes. In the past, I have worked as a program coordinator for a large endocrinology group, and accomplished their ADA recognition. I had the opportunity to work as a team provider, with diabetes, and/or obesity patients, and related comorbidities to facilitate improvements in the health status and quality of life. I am genuine and sincere in the relationships I cultivate, with a high determination to change the way diabetes is viewed and managed by both patients and their healthcare professionals
