I am a versatile ML Engineer and QA Tester with a background in telecommunications and banking. With experience at Orange Poland, UPC Poland, and currently Nordea, I have honed my skills in various projects. At Orange Poland, I contributed to the WCO project, where my team prepared XML test cases using MS Word, Excel and Macros. These cases were essential for importing into testing management software. During my time at UPC Poland, I played a key role in developing a VoiceBot for customer service. My responsibilities included ensuring VoiceBot accuracy, training ML models, and conducting tests using Testlink, Selenium, and E2E tests. Additionally, I managed test campaigns, analyzed logs, and reported errors through Jira. I also participated in testing a mobile and web application for home network management at UPC Poland. Working with a large team, we executed over test cases, covering areas such as stability, functionality, and reliability. I reported errors, created test cases, utilized Selenium for automation, and managed testers. Currently, at Nordea, I am a QA Tester for Nordea Collateral Solution. As part of the Phoenix team, I collaborate with colleagues from multiple countries. Working in the SAFe framework, I create test cases for APIs, conduct API testing using Swagger, and actively contribute to the test-driven development process. I also handle real-life data manipulation, bug identification, and resolution using tools like Splunk and Oracle SQL Developer. With a keen interest in machine learning and VoiceBot technologies, I have gained practical experience in training ML models and refining intentions. I am eager to apply these skills to deliver innovative solutions.
