About Jan-Ole Sander

A dual study program combined with apprenticeship allowed for an early and high practical component of my academic education. With my doctorate in polymer chemistry within a multidisciplinary project, I gained comprehensive insights into the field of scientific work and project work. By changing to aviation and additive manufacturing, I was able to apply my expertise in polymer chemistry to automation projects in aviation and gain experience in the field of project management. A major milestone in my work as a project manager to date is the successful completion of the international LiBio research project, which lasted several years. With project management training according to IPMA as well as further training in agile project management and lateral leadership, I am ideally prepared for the project management of technical R&D projects.
