I have around two decade of work experience in global R&D organisations - EPOS Group - Sennheiser Communications, Schneider Electric and Nokia.Now as Head of Software Test, managing and leading for the SW Test organization in EPOS Group, previous known as Sennheiser Communications. Previous in Schneider Electric as manager & leader of the global Verification and Validation test organization for intelligent smart home solutions for the residential marked. Both with local team responsibility and dotted line test site in: India, Czech Republic, France & US.In parallel I also had the Service Operational Manager role, define and ensure running of cloud environment services for residential offers and 3. line technical RnD support to smart home consumer in marked. One of the key topics in my profile is commitment to deliver quality: in my personality, in what I deliver and I deploy the same for my team and project. My passions are to create test strategies in agile context, define and improve test processes in manual and automated testing for a better quality, upstream and shift left of testing smarter and earlier in the phase. It’s all with the respect for the individual people involved in the daily process.I'm experience in agile organisation visions, new strategies, processes, test criteria creating & deployment to improve overall project deliveries both in waterfall and agile work mode, including software test outsourcing as well.My experience also include people management skills, agile leadership in organic organisations, tools and knowledge I utilize in my daily task.I have been involved in many aspects of quality assurance and SW test within larger R&D organisations, with additional task as SW incident manager and leading SW developers and testers to reach error correction target for sales SW release.I’m stable, highly responsible, versatile and always ready to learn or share new knowledge by working on the case to solve problems. I’m flexible, focused and thorough in my work. I work well both independently and in cooperation with team.
